Orthodontics
This style of orthodontics combines standard fixed braces with the European concepts of removable functional orthodontic appliances. This may be the preferred method of treatment in orthodontics. Results are esthetically pleasing and more stable for adults as well as children using these techniques according to many orthodontic teaching institutions. Now in 2007, this also applies to an orthodontic technology called Invisalign "invisible" aligners and the low-force Damon orthodontic system.
Dr. Williams has treated his patients orthodontic problems for 20 years in his general practice of dentistry. In 1983 Dr. Williams began teaching orthodontics for the United States Dental Institute. Dr. Williams and his staff at Suwanee Dental Care are trained in recognizing and treating the majority of orthodontic problems. Orthodontic screening exams are a part of all of our patient examinations.
