Some went on
safari, some rested in their tents and some, like Sheila and
Pam, sat and chatted the lazy afternoon away at Fig Tree Camp
along the banks of the river.

John is the chief
guide and cultural leader of the Maasi at Fig Tree Camp in the
Maasi Mara. It was John, in 2000, who asked Brad to bring the
mission team and the Jesus film to his home village of Morijo
so that his people could hear the word of God in their native
language for the first time on film. We have now been there
four times.

Joseph dancing the bump with the gorilla man! |

Brad has given John
his laptop computer for communication purposes, trained him to
use the Internet, Email, spreadsheets and word processing
software so as to better conduct KMO business in Kenya. |

Mike Derrick, on
his second consecutive mission with KMO worked three of the
Tembae Na Yesu teams and says he enjoys the food at Fig Tree
Camp the best! He is an avid Auburn fan, too! |

The 10/40 Window is an area stretching from 10° to 40° north of the equator from West Africa to East Asia. Did you
know that 90 percent of all unreached people groups live in this region of the world? The 10/40
Window is identified as having less than 2 percent of their populations as evangelical Christians.
