Note the excess bone around the teeth, called tori. They tend to grow larger each year.  The uneven edges of the front teeth of the "smile line"  is important to correct. There is the severe color variation of the front teeth to also treat.

Smooth, regular porcelain edges create the Hollywood look.  The color is uniform and striking after the crowns are placed. Note the removal of the large boney prominences and the natural look of the entire set of teeth compared to the before picture to the left.
