An American oasis in the middle of Roatan. After two weeks of beans and rice the kids were looking desperately for French fries and Rick's had them...along with hamburgers and club sandwiches. |
The owner of Rick's American Cafe is actually Drew, the third owner and a fitness club magnate from California. Of course he's putting in a state-of-the-art fitness center next to the cafe along with bungalows for his American clients. Oh, and did I tell you that Drew is actually British, having grown up in London! | |
