| In July-August 2005, Dr. Bill Williams, Sheila Williams and Susan Barry of Suwanee Dental Care in Suwanee GA joined the medical team from Parkland Relief Outreach, Inc. out of St. Louis MO on their annual mission trip to the Santa Barbara area of Honduras two hours northeast of San Pedro Sula. It was Dr. Williams' team's first trip to Central America on mission. More will surely follow! | ||

| Our team flew into San Pedro Sula in the northwestern corner of Honduras and drove two hours to Horconcitos. | Santa Barbara is the district where we worked. All of the villages we worked in were located south and west of the lake near Santa Barbara, the largest city in Santa Barbara district. | |

 Dr. Jon Bird sits with his heart patient in Aqua Caliente. Each year, Dr. Bird brings a year's supply of live-saving medications to Edwin who six years earlier was flown to St. Louis, MO in the USA by Parkland Relief Outreach to receive free medical care, new heart valve transplants, for his own heart that were damaged from rheumatic fever as a young child. Edwin is now 23 years old. |
